How Do We Standardize Medical Protocols around the World
Living in the United States all these years, one realizes that the reason United States is the number one in the world is the extent to which US has standardized its different industries. However, in terms of health, US ranks among the lowest among all countries.
One of the primary reasons behind this is that unlike other industries, the medical industry today suffers seriously from a lack of standard operating protocols – with each institution/medical examiner following experience and knowledge shared through seminars. This, inherently, leads to situations where a patient could have been more rapidly treated through a diagnosis and standard protocol which was not known to the doctor at the time.
L.I.F.E., (Language InterFace for (Medical) Examiners provides doctors and nurses with an AI product which provides a standard protocol for each typical medical issue there is.
Starting with Physical Therapy scenarios, we plan to expand the application to other fields of medicine soon.
Mission
The mission of the L.I.F.E. program is to enable Medical Ecaminers (Doctors, Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists) to provide Intelligent, Evidence-Based Care via an HIPPA compliance app that provides patient care protocols for ready use.
How It Works
The LIFE AI App takes in inputs from doctors around the world (Currently, we are building our relationships in India, US and China) and will feed it into the app. The app then creates a standard protocol and presents it to the examiner, who can then calibrate it according to the patient’s needs as required.
At the time of launch, we are focusing on Physical Therapy protocols, with Surgical and Maternity care to be added subsequently.
